One published rate
$180/hr excluding GST, charged as a one-hour minimum and then in 30-minute increments, with no call-out fee in metro Brisbane. The invoice arrives the same day so the cost never outruns the approval.
Remote first, on-site by arrangement
The large majority of faults resolve over a remote session in minutes, which is why we lead with it. Where a job genuinely needs someone touching hardware, an on-site visit is scheduled with you, and there is no call-out fee within metro Brisbane.
Nothing to lock you in

Where we cover
Remote support reaches every Brisbane postcode and the rest of Australia besides. On-site visits are arranged across the metropolitan area, from the northern growth corridor around North Lakes, through the CBD, Fortitude Valley and Newstead, out along the Milton and South Brisbane office strips, south to Springwood and Eight Mile Plains, and west toward Ipswich. No call-out fee applies inside that footprint.
