Honestly, it makes very little difference. The whole metropolitan area is covered at the same $180/hr ex GST, charged as a one-hour minimum and then in 30-minute increments, with no call-out fee anywhere from North Lakes in the north to Springwood in the south and west toward Ipswich. Remote support extends well past that, to anywhere in the country.
